Nominations for the Board of Directors

In accordance with the rules of Herd Improvement Co-operative Australia Ltd, two Board positions have become available. The term of office for current Director Mr. Jon Ryan will soon expire, Mr. Ryan has confirmed his intention to seek re-election, and an additional position remains open. 

Any person seeking election to the Hico Board of Directors must be an active member. To qualify you must hold 5 or more shares in the Co-operative. The term of Directorship is 3 years.

The closing date for the return of all nomination forms to the registered office is: 5pm Monday September 26, 2022.
